Tereza Roháčková
I don’t define my work through a single title.
Since what I do doesn’t begin with execution — it begins with understanding.
I work across visuals, creative direction, and storytelling strategy.
Helping ideas and projects find clarity before they are expressed, so they feel aligned and true to what they stand for.
This often means working with things that are still forming:
Vision, ideas, or directions that exist intuitively but aren’t structured yet.
Mood that hasn’t been named.
Direction that’s felt, but not clearly articulated.
I’m drawn to projects where there is a strong intention, but no clear visual world yet.
Where many ideas exist without hierarchy or direction.
Where something feels heavy, misaligned, or unclear, even if it’s hard to explain why.
My role is to make sense of that space.
I start by understanding the why, the people behind a project, the need or problem they’re trying to solve, and the reason it exists in the first place.
From there, I help define what it stands for, how it should feel, and how visuals and storytelling can grow from that core in a coherent, grounded way.
I don’t work by adding more or chasing trends.
I work by simplifying, aligning decisions, and setting a direction others can move forward with confidence.
I’m interested in how things align —
ideas, visuals, decisions, and the people behind them.
That’s where my focus naturally goes.
I work from clarity, not urgency.
