PRECIOSA
SPOTLIGHT collection
Creative direction for a jewelry collection focused on presence, light, and visual hierarchy.
This project was developed as part of Preciosa’s Spotlight jewelery collection — a line positioned around statement pieces for evening wear and special occasions.
Rather than treating the collection name as a theme to build around, I questioned it a bit.
I centered the focus of the direction about the “quiet luxury” point of view, in terms of how it behaves in light, how it attracts attention, and how it radiates a sense of value without the support of excessive styling.
The goal was not to frame the pieces within a dramatic scene, but to show where they belong and how they exist when worn. By removing visual noise the jewelery could take its place naturally — not as an accessory, but as the focal point.
Styling, composition, and atmosphere were then created and guided by one clear principle: when you look at the image, the jewelery should be the first thing you notice — before the model, before expression, before context.
